To deliver quality and efficiency within the budget of our clients to their complete satisfaction; through an experienced, economic design and constant communication
1 ) Design Stage
When we are entrusted with the clients’ visions, we communicate with them to ensure all their needs and wants are met through well-made and thorough architectural plans and models to help them visualize their project and to reach the design that they envisioned and are completely satisfied with.
The architectural design is then taken to our experienced structural, HVAC, electrical, etc., engineers to be designed for implementation.
2 ) Tender Stage
In the tender stage, we will prepare all the required documentation for the tender bids, which includes, but is not limited to:
Preparation of Document I – Tender Principles, which includes but is not limited to: (Bid and supplement, Formula Contract, Undertaken)
Preparation of Document II – Terms of the contract, which includes, but is not limited to: (General Conditions, Particular Conditions)
Preparation of Document III – Technical Conditions, which includes, but is not limited to: (Special Specifications, Drawings, General specifications)
All these documents will be finalized by the client’s budget, to then be used to initiate a tender bid, at which point the most qualified contractor at the best price for our client will be chosen to implement the project.
3 ) Supervision Stage
Our job is to ensure the client’s project is being implemented to the exact needs and wants of the client and at the highest level of quality. This is done through:
1) Diligent presence on-site by our experienced engineers who ensure the different phases of the project implementation are moving according to the specifications and client needs that were agreed upon.
2) Detailed documentation of all project-related documents, to ensure there is always a ready availability of any required document by any of the concerned parties to help with the flow of work.
3) Regular and detailed inspections of the site by our engineers while upholding the client’s interest and with no compromise to quality.
